The crew stays with this program for years not months, so only candidates who have recently stayed long term in previous positions will be considered. The time is equally split between FL and the Bahamas but that can change. The chef must be ok with cooking American style meat and potatoes food, its a quiet and very private program with the odd corporate function or party.
