Yacht is in Europe and is due to launch in March 2021
Must have prior yachting experience
The owner enjoys fishing so it’s imperative that the Chef have a strong knowledge of cleaning and cooking fish. Overall, they like healthy meals, more Mediterranean/European (possibly Croatian, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, etc)
Nice plated presentations
Hygiene with the chief is very important for the owner!
Ideally holding Food Safety and Hygiene certificate
