The minimum certification needed is an Unlimited Chief Engineer CoC, as well as all other certification to be valid for at least a year.
The ideal candidate will have a background in the cruise industry and hold an unlimited Chief Engineer COC. Time sailing in a Chief Engineer rank is not essential, in fact someone sailing in a senior rank such as Senior 2nd or Staff Chief Engineer for at least a couple of years, and ready for promotion, would be equally suitable.
USD salary, 3:3 rotation, return flights, single cabin.
