Chef de Partie - Korean language - Cruise company - Worldwide
The main responsibilities of the Chef de Partie are: making the food requisition for the station, ensuring that food preparation is done according to the companies’ recipes, assuring a spot check of all food outlets, controlling and reducing food wastage in the kitchen and to communicate with the Provisions Master. A successful candidate must have a good knowledge of U.S.P.H standards.
In order to be considered for this position, you must speak fluent Korean.
Valid 4-part STCW training certificates are required for this position.
