Minimum MEOL, however the Captain would ideally like a hands-on female engineer with the Y4 or EOOW and prior hands on engineering experience, to work alongside a Chief Engineer, who likes to teach and train.
Ideally you will have no ties as the plans for this yacht are to cruise off the beaten track.
