Experience as Chief on similar sized vessels, and a hands-on mentor to the 2nd Engineer, who is currently studying.
Minimum Y3, Caterpillar Engine manufacturers course is an advantage, STCW, ENG1 - European Passport Holders only -B1/B2 would be a bonus.
