Team position - Captain + Chef - 23m Charter Sailing Yacht

Itinerary: Med / Caribbean
Captain: Yacht Master Offshore (Commercially Endorsed), PBL2, STCW, ENG1, AEC or good engineering knowledge
Chef: PBL2, STCW, ENG1, Food and Hygiene L2
The couple should be ready to join for the next Caribbean season, in December 2020. We are looking for a team willing to commit long term.
The Captain needs to be a strong sailor with previous super yacht and charter experience. Must have good engineering knowledge.
The Chef should be passionate about cooking, ideally with sailing knowledge and of course with a passion for the sea. Previous super yacht and charter experience is a big plus.
There will be a third crew member onboard, a Deck/Stew helping with guest service, watersports, etc.
After each season they will get 6 weeks off, while a relief crew does the crossing.
Fluent English a must.
Salary range: 8.000 EUR / team, with a yearly increase (negotiable DOE)
3 months holidays / year (divided in two 6 weeks slots after each season)
