US flag. Busy year round charter program. Winters South Florida/Bahamas, summers New England. Needs to have experience in all areas (housekeeping, service and bartending). Mate needs to have experience and knowledge in all areas (exterior maintenance, fenders, lines, etc.). Total crew of four, including captain and chef. Looking for one year commitment with the possibility of rotation thereafter. Team work mentality and good communication are essential!
