I have a background in both sides of the gastronomic world; first customer-related in high-end restaurants (Belgium, London, St Barth) and later as a chef in a variety of establishments (Spain, Chile, St Barth, London, China, Indonesia)
I have done some extended studies of nutrition and personal trainer as I have a strong interest in understanding healthy habits and how to apply them in my profession.
My cooking style is a mixture of modern and traditional North European & Mediterranean recipes with a touch of exotic recipes, ingredients, and technics from all the places I had the chance to explore.
