It is an honor for me to introduce myself, I am a Spanish chef with more than 20 years of experience in this profession. I have worked in both river and ocean cruise lines, hotels and high-class restaurants in variours European countries, always looking for new flavours, culture and ways of cooking, perhaps not trying to be the best cook but a very knowledgeable about diversity of gastronomy, culture and flavours.

I consider myself as a dynamic, proactive, fast, responsible and self-demanding person. I like neatness and efficiency. Moreover, I am passionate about multiculture environments and I enjoy working as a team.
