I currently have 3 months of daywork experience, in the engine room and on deck, across 12 different boats from the 18 meter to 60 meter range.
At the moment I am looking for a position so that I can become an experienced and professional deckhand to provide a strong service to the crew I will be working with.
So far, I have covered the basics of; painting, sanding, polishing, rust management, washdowns, SikaFlex (silicone), line and fender handling and similar yachtcare tasks through practical learning.
Although I am fairly new, I am fully motivated and ready to dive into this industry. I am exited for an opportunity to work hard to hopefully be able to secure a position on board.
I am currently in Viareggio and am available immediately. I hold an Italian seamen's book.
