I strongly believe that I am competent associate graduate of Philippine Nautical and Technological College and I am very confident with my skills and knowledge for the cadet position. I also have the necessary training certificates and documents that are required.
I am strong and can handle all responsibilities of deck cadet position and I can handle the safe navigation of the ship at sea, the safe and efficient loading and discharge of the ship’s cargo in port, handling the ship’s legal and commercial business, and overseeing crew activities such as maintenance work, cargo operations, mooring and anchoring. I do not have a problem being away from home for extended periods of time and I know this is also a part of my responsibilities as deck cadet.
