My name is Jasmin Andrea Julian, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management, I moved to this new journey of passion and life because my heart truly wants to work in cruise ship, in the sea industry. I’m excited for the opening opportunity to be part of a team that serves people and business. I have worked in a BPO industry for 2 years targeting monthly scorecard with average 95%. I have been recognized as one of the top agent. Also, suggested a new tactic to convince cancelling customers to stay in the company resulting to almost 23% decrease in service cancellation.
