Hello.
With due respect I want to inform you that my name is Israfil Bayramov. I live in Baku / Azerbaijan.
I have worked for about 32 years in various shipping companies around the world as a Master on all types of ships, as well as in various positions in offices.
I worked with DNV, BP, SAIPEM, TOTAL and CDC companies operating in Azerbaijan during the
COVID-19 Pandemic. We have carried out the anchor handling operation of 10 anchors of the PLBH Barge for the construction of subsea Gas pipeline consisting of several projects at a depth of 550-600 m and
20-450 m in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea. We also carried out the Rig move operation at the same depth.
I have worked as a Marine Representative and Marine Consultant of BP and TOTAL in all implemented projects.
The last company I worked as a Master on OSV DP 2 Skipsey Tide owned by Tidewater Marine in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our job was mainly servicing Jack Up Barges and Rigs chartered by ADNOC. Supplied the Acid, the Chemical and Well Stimulation operation.

in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
From 1997 to 2004 - I have worked as a Master on General Cargo Ship, Bulk Carrier and Harbor Boat in
various Turkish shipping companies.
I have also worked in various positions in the office of Turkish shipping companies and Port Authority.
