My name is Hallvard, and I am 56 years old. I am married, and I have two children and three grandchildren. I will say that am a social person, and am use to work with people hole over the world.
I have working Offshore and Onshore since1980 in Offshore/Shipping industry, only with some education brake in these periods. My education is Master mariner, with many extra courses in the Shipping industry.
I have working many years as Master Mariner and OIM on different kind off offshore vessels, where I also act as a New building Manager/ Operation Supervisor. Have working close with the operations team onshore, for planning off different kind off operations including safety meeting and Hasop where all including personnel Onshore/ Offshore have to attend. Also representative from the client’s.
Have also working as Operation Manager for Siem Offshore in Norway, where my responsibility was Operations / Safety / Crewing and Technical responsibility for the vessels. During this job, I travel a lot to Nigeria and Luanda, to establish diff kind off suppliers/customer’s to our vessel operating in this area.
From January 2015, I start working as Area/sales manager in Singapore, moved back to Norway Sept 2017. Then I moved to Brazil, to work as Operations/ Marine Supervisor for a Brazilian Offshore Company. I was also involved to build up a simulator center, and make the up DP/AHTS material for the courses. The reason I was there, was that they was building six AHTS vessel of Havyard design, and need some assistant during this process.
From last year, I started to work for P&O (Topaz Marine) in Dubai, so have been building two Constructions vessel at Vard Ships Yard in Norway.
