I'm Cadet Makabenta, Carlito I. a to be recognized student from University of Cebu-Maritime Education and Training Center taking up Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation. A punctual, hardworking and dedicated when it comes to work and I'm also a student who can adopt to any working environment easily along with its workers I also have 2-years work experienced as working scholar of UC-METC assigned at Global Maritime Distress and Safety System GMDSS simulator, with my 2 years of exposure to the simulators radio communication and equipment I can say that I’m a quite an expert in those area. I’ am also a member of the Volunteer Student Mentor Organization which aims to assist students who are having hard time with their simulator subjects.
