As a highly skilled cook with 30 years of experience, I have had an opportunity to introduce myself to various cuisines and cultures and work with multinational crew. I have gained knowledge and expertise in preparation of national and international dishes, especially those originating from Italy and Asia, as I have worked with Italian and Indonesian crew members many years and those orignitaing from France and Croatia. Preparing diverse main courses, cold and warm appetizers is a part of my everyday rutine. Furthermore, I am an excellent baker and enjoy in making all kinds of desserts, both complex and simple. I am well introduced to all duties and assingments that are to be carried out, including ordering and keeping records about groceries and supplies, maintaining highest levels of hygiene and being responsible for all the equipment and inventory in the galley. I worked on various types of vessels so far and I am confident I would meet all expectations and requests successfully.
Except for great cooking skills, I also have good relationship-building skills as I am very open-mined, forthcoming and communicative, speaking fluent Italian and very good English. Most importantly, I am a hard-working person who always performs at their best with the intention to please both his employer and fellow crew members with tasty and good quality dishes.
