Present yourself:
I’m a confident, mature adult who is an extrovert in nature and loves having the opportunity to work with people. Having worked in the hospitality industry, I have gained 750+ hours in bartending experience, and 850+ hours in waitressing as well as customer service. Through this I have learned strong communication skills which reflects in my self-confidence.
I have studied as an au pair and have 200+ hours experience working with young children. This taught me to be understanding towards others and the importance of patience. I have captained school sports teams and I therefore carry strong leadership skills. I have also learnt that working together and encouraging one another always pays off. I am particularly passionate about being tidy and have a specifically meticulous eye for small and important detail. I’m honest and motivated in the workplace and I feel this will contribute to me being a great asset to you and your team. NB - I am currently in Zimbabwe for the lockdown period. When the borders open, I will go to Cape Town, South Africa to get my ENG1 and Schengen Visa. Once that is completed which should take 2-3 weeks, I will be ready for employment.
