I'm Venezuelan Master Mariner, with strong experience on board oil tankers as Deck officer, mooring master, Master of HSC and actually Marine Docking Pilot with 5 years’ experience. My job at sea was in PDVSA Oil tankers fleet in National and Panamanian flag vessels. with strong experience on board Motor Yacht as Deck officer, and actually Marine Docking Pilot with 7 years’I worked in a Carenero Offshore loading platform as Mooring Master in charge of loading cargo operations of the tankers and as Company representative onboard during all operations, signing cargo documents, avoiding any incident or oil spill, commander of the oil spill emergency team, strong leadership with co-workers and as Vetting Officer of the terminal, handling international maritime conventions as SOLAS, MARPOL, ISGOTT, OCIMF, ISPS and others.
