Descripción
I was born on an island, love the sea and was on a boat before I could walk. At a very early age, I learnt to swim, wakeboard and waterski. My life has been heavily influenced by the sea as my stepfather has been in the yacht industry for over 30 years. As a young teenager this gave me the opportunity to see and experience yachting, by helping him clean boats and crewing on local deliveries.
I attended a Spanish school and was educated in three languages: English, Spanish and Catalan. I finished Science Baccalaureate (equivalent to A levels) in June last year (2019) and started day working.
I have STCW (basic training), International Seaman's Book, ENG 1 seafarers medical (MCA), RYA Personal Watercraft Certificate of Proficiency and RYA Powerboat Level 2 Powerboat Handling. I have worked with captains and done several boat deliveries. I am physically able to handle the challenges of life on a ship and I know that being on water and away from home for extended periods of time is not a problem for me.
I am a people person, dedicated, honest and industrious. I am willing to take on additional tasks and learn.
