I am Gbadeyan, Daniel Oluwaseun , a Nigerian, based in Lagos State. I completed my Higher National Diploma at Maritime Academy of Nigeria, Oron. Akwa-ibom State where I studied Maritime Transport and Business Management with lower Credit Grade, I have Six plus (6+) years of experience, Two year as a Business Manager and Cargo Inspector at Synergy Mineral Group Limited Apapa, Lagos, two years as a Deck Cadet on-board a ship "PSV BANX" two years in freight consolidation with International Logistics and Fulfillment Service Limited, Apapa, Lagos State, four months’ experience with Luja Forwarding and Shipping Service, Apapa, Lagos state respectively.
In my previous role, I successfully support the growth of the organization, in this position I honed my interpersonal skills and cargo handling management/freight consolidation skills through my internship trainee, and as a cargo supervisor and by assessing and responding to the various tasks a vibrant work environment brings. More so, my working experience as a Business Manager has trained me well in social perceptiveness which is the key to this work. I possess the ability to be aware of debtors’ reactions and understand why they react as they do. This alone is helpful when endeavoring to solicit payment s from them. Additionally, my persuasion skills are asset when attempting to change customer behavior and ensuring the make timely payments. My negotiation accuracy ensures that the company and customers can come to some agreement where dept is concerned, and I rely highly on my ability to work well with peers and customers.
