had been carpenter, electrician, construction worker, crewman in a dhow,…). Few years ago I had the chance to work with “One day yes school” NGO and my life changed since the first day I worked there. It was during this job when my interest in Yoga started to increase. I had the opportunity to met some different teachers that taught me and helped me to prepare some classes for the children at school.

Yoga fulfills me in a way I can’t even describe with words.

In November 2019, finally I made the 200-hour yoga teacher training with Karuna Yoga company, and I became a certified yoga teacher.
