My route to yachting happened so naturally, and with ease. From when I was a young boy, I was either surrounded by or in the water. Whether it was swimming, surfing or hanging on for dear life in my Grandfathers boat while breaking through the waves to go fishing, I was there, I was keen, and this has never left me.
For the past 5 years I have focused primarily on instructing powerboat and PWC and in this time I have been afforded many opportunities to get involved within the yachting sector. I have good knowledge of deck operations, product knowledge and excellent tender driving skills. I am a fast learner with a logical and engineering thinking ability. I am available for short or long term employment and ready to travel.
OBJECTIVES
To seek for a position whereby my experience and knowledge can contribute towards all aspects and dynamics, ensuring that I can be of assistance to the team in achieving overall accomplishments. To broaden my knowledge by continuously learning from those around me and any additional courses available. I am energetic, driven and reliable. I also pride myself in maintaining a high standard and have an excellent eye for detail. I work well as part of a team or on my own. I enjoy a challenge and will always endeavour to achieve goals set out for me. I am experienced in working with different cultures. I have good team ethics. I strongly believe that emotional intelligence is important in the work place and therefor practice a high level of humility and empathy. I am outgoing, organised, hygienic and safety aware.
