Dear All.
I'm a Chief Steward / Chief Cook with offshore experience. I have experience on AHTS, MPSV, FPSO, PSV, Rigs, ERRV and PLV. More than 10 years’ experience on vessels within offshore sector.
Widely experienced at leading, motivating, training and supervising multi-disciplined workforce with diverse national, lingual, cultural and religious backgrounds in all aspects of catering operations and financial performance of the operations.
Professional in catering (all types of Galley), Asian & Western. Knowledge of multinational in all nationalities. Great practice in offshore operations as, Rig move, Tanker lifting, FPSO transfers operations. I would like to try myself on other types of vessels, Dredgers, Fisherman’s, Research Vessels…etc. (Possible all variation) I looking for new opportunities and new challenge for myself.
