I am excited to submit my self for a Chief Engineer with your company, being a professional with solid experience as a Marine Engineer and significant contributions as a Chief Engineer. Since 2006 after finished Lithuanian Maritime Academy, I am started to work as a Marine Engineer. From 2013 and up to the present time I am working in the capacity of Chief Engineer. My management style as head of the engine department creates a culture of best practice, proactive problem solving, and motivation, and I am comfortable partnering with all team members to achieve key objectives.
